  Ordered this item, never arrived. Seller said it was a pre-order which was not stated on listing. In good faith I believed them. Item still didn't arrive and seller ignored all my messages. They just strung me along the whole time. Do not use this seller!

  Hi, I'm so sorry for not responding sooner. The items you ordered were preorders. They still have not arrived in stock which is the reason your order has not shipped yet. Wish I could go back in time and not take any preorders :( My sincerest apologies.

  In good faith, i pre ordered a number of items from this seller. I have never received the items, I have sent the seller numerous messages and never recieved a reply. There is no sign of the items or a refund. I can only assume I will never receive a refund, so they have stolen from me. I would advise strongly not to buy from this seller.

  Seller never sent items. When I raised it with them they claimed they were preorders but that was not stated in the listing. I agreed to wait for stock they were getting the following month. Items still not received and seller didn't respond to the refund request. EBay refunded in the end.
