    NEGATIVE FEED-BACK ! ...(Left where buyers look first).. Scammer who underpays postage fee leaving buyer to pay it as noted in previously left negative feedback by other buyers. Ignored my two messages asking who's paying this £3:20 fee? and ignored request to cancel and refund item if i'm the mug that pays the cost for an advertised '🆓 Delivery Item'.. I'm expecting a pleasantary feedback reply on how its not their fault and how I 'should of 'reached out to the sender first, despite avoidance.

    Not a scam. We shipped with a prepaid Royal Mail label. Full postage was paid (visible on the label). Occasionally Royal Mail applies a surcharge in error. We didn’t see any message from you, but we’d have covered the £3.20 immediately. Please message us and we’ll refund it now. We’re happy to help.

    Delivered by Parcelforce who looked like they gave the package a good kicking, consequently 1 of the 3 had a broken weld, I’ll have to repair it. Only a tenner though I suppose… Despatch and Delivery was really slow though, 4 days late. And no reply to my enquiry of its whereabouts. Won’t be using again.
