This company lied and said they had dispatched the item I purchased. I then had to chase them twice when it didn't arrive. Then they replied to say that the item had actually never been dispatched and they didn't even have it! They refunded me but it has caused me problems as it was an item for my business that I needed to install. Sham eBayer. Avoid.

Dispatched (allegedly) on 27 March using a 24 hour courier. Arrived 5 April. Dishonest throughout. Said it was on a pallet that hadn’t been scanned (I didn’t believe that). Asked to cancel and suddenly the courier had the parcel! So they will take your money as soon as they can but send things when they feel like it. And the pipes looked second hand.
