    seller is NOT reliable, Item listed as NEW but came in open box and missing MULTIPLE parts. Seller claimed he opened it so I requested to check if he still have the parts with him. Then there is no response. At the beginning, he respond quick at the first day before I shared the missing parts info so I can confirm he ignored defective sales and not going to help. I have also provided multiple solution other than just returning it. As expected, he did not reply as well. GOOD LUCK to buyers.

    My first response was" has the box been tampered with"?My second immediate response was" I think the best thing to do is return the item."The reason I did that was to eliminate arguments or negotiations to get the item for a better price. So i requested the buyer to return it. He still to this day has not requested to do so. I hope everyone know why. I do and ethe buyer proved it. But Ebay is still allowing him to leave a negative.....go figure. We do everything to make honest people happy.
