It come in perfectly new condition was pre packed in a clear slip with a business leaflet also proving info for the sash. Very happy customer I would rate them 5/5. Delivery was also very prompt.     Sent the wrong size initially and very frustrated as danger wouldn't have item in time for the event. However they accepted their mistake and sent me out the correct size as a special delivery in time for the event and so showed what a quality company they are. Perhaps look at getting white letters ? as opposed to silver.
