Item didn’t arrive, so they sent item out again with another courier. It arrived and bike was faulty, I had to pay £40 to get the bike repaired therefore was late for my daughters birthday she had no main present, I have messaged for a refund as they said they would refund me the cost! And haven’t received a response! Very disappointing
