I bought the item and then when I asked for a tracking number they said the item was not brand new (although they advertised it as NEW), then they proceeded to ask for an additional $500 to find me a new lens. I politely declined and asked for my refund. I’m currently out of both $2,001.43 and the gear I desperately need.
