  This seller is one of the best I have dealt with. I ordered a bin bag holder, it failed to arrive, I contacted the seller who was unaware of this. They found that the courier had damaged it and then returned it to them. They apologised as they were out if stock and immediately issued a refund. They got in touch to say as a good will gesture would like to send me a replacement free of charge!! I obviously aaccepted the offer. I can not praise them enough, and recommend them to all. C.
