    Excellent service, lovely book and quick delivery. My only reserve is the packaging. I know it's the Post Office's fault as there were several tears in the envelope and because one corner was damaged it slightly pushed the spine of the book at the bottom into a couple of creases. But having said that I am more than happy about the book and the good communication with Andrew and his team.

    Dear tous299, Thanks for your super feedback. We pack in protected envelopes so the Post Office must have been extreme. It sounds like the damage caused is still acceptable, we could probably replace it but the cost of return postage and us to get a replacement back to you may be almost as much as the book originally cost.
