I realize they can't control shipping times but they offered no alternative except to wait. I had to find another solution since it was for a job scheduled and couldn't wait any longer. Being in the upholstery shop business for 25 and owner of a shop for 18 I was hoping to find another vendor to do business with but unfortunately this one isn't it. Customer Service is something you strive for.
