My item arrived on time and in condition described. It was packed well. The day of delivery there was rain. I expected a damp shirt, which would not have been the end of the world but the extra care she took shows. On top of all that the extra goodies were very appreciated. A handwritten note and a bracelet with a sweet message. Highly recommend!
