    This seller handles the bumps! Received a new cooler and fans but unfortunately the mounting hardware were missing. Jay offered me a return, or a 50% keep it at about the same time I realized I could get that missing hardware, So took him up on the 50% but was surprised to find that he INCLUDED the shipping on that so I got more than I thought.
