  Item was used and sent defective with stickers covering the warning lights on the unit. Tried to return the item because it did not match the description given. Seller gave the run around and wanted to offer a very low percentage refund on the defective item sold. Poor service. Shady items being sold. Be careful

  The item was NEW IN BOX. This buyer is lying. Her comment doesnt even match her photos she sent when she demanded a refund. There were no stickers on the device and the led are behind the plastic bezel on the unit. I guess she is confusing stickers with the protective plastic you remove from the outside of the unit before use. She was given a full refund. Her "SHADY ITEMS" IS A PERSONAL ATTACK ON OUR BUSINESS. Since she only purchased that item her "item'S" comment is suspect!
