    I have bought from this seller before and again the service and product are excellent. The item arrived very quickly. well packed nd with all the components. Communication is good with tracking provided. The lock itself was a branded make, reasonably priced and was fitted easily . Altogether a good experience ( again ) and for this type of item will be my "go to seller". Recommended.

    Seller marked the item as dispatched despite not sending until long after the agreed despatch date. Refused to provide tracking despite advertising as a tracked service to hide that it hadn’t been sent. Told me that tracking doesn’t show in my eBay whilst Evri were “investigating” where my item was, this is a lie. When item finally arrived I used the tracking to see they just hadn’t sent it. Do not use if you need the item to arrive within what they advertise. Very untrustworthy.
