  The seller should seriously reconsider its contract with Yodel. Their delivery driver somehow found it acceptable to leave my package outside my block of flats, where it could easily have been stolen. It is utterly unacceptable that the delivery person couldn't, at least, take the trouble to leave it on the doorstep of my flat. I was actually at home awaiting the arrival of the package at the time. This experience means that I won't making any further purchases from the seller.

  The reason this is a positive feed back rather than negative for a late delivery was that as soon as we highlighted a problem with the delivery company the seller put it right STRAIGHT away by sending replacement parts overnight . Good and friendly communication - at this time of year things can go wrong with couriers and its not the sellers fault so THANKS GUYS for sorting it so swiftly
