    Item looks great quality and can’t wait to try it when granddaughter gets back from holiday, although packaging was damaged by Royal Mail which they apologised for it arrived in great condition, great value for money, appearance is great and arrived on time, I would definitely use this seller again.

    Nice product at good price,only issue was delivery,said it was being delivered on the Friday,even said we were 3 stops away,then suddenly said it would be now delivered on the Monday.Spoilt a good transaction,and now will not buy from anyone using this delivery service,not the first time I've stayed home for a delivery that didn't arrive from this Courier. The tracking provided is a joke.

    Thank you for leaving me good feedback despite the issue with the courier. I have recently switched from Evri to Yodel for all of my same day dispatches and in this short space of time I've been using them I have decided to switch again, unfortunately you are not alone and I really wish I didn't have to say that because it reflects poorly on me. Thank you again, and if you decide to shop again then hopefully it will be a better experience next time.

    If I could give 10 stars I would !!! After the item was lost in the post the seller, upgraded my item then got it out to me on next day delivery.     Unfortunately I can't say anything about the product, I was looking at lots of different headphones (as you do) and bought the wrong ones. I asked the seller if they could cancel the purchase before dispatch and within hours of the request the seller cancelled it and sorted a refund. Good service and communications.
