  Great seller communication. They refunded the item as it couldn't be shipped to where I am. The price was very attractive and was the lowest for thos type of mop. I am not upset but happy that the seller communicated the issue with me and refunded me quickly. I cant say much on the item itself as i have not recieved it to use ( I ordered from another seller). 1 star on shipping as it wasn't shipped as stated earlier due to my location.
