I did get 3 kg of bio home ultimate. It arrived very quickly. Did not get any bio balls that normally come with this product. Filter Pro send ten with ever kg.they didn't mention them in add .but still that's cheap.spend a couple of quid more and get the full product. Last thing the package was leaking red dust good box but bag was v thin with could not remove from box without bag ripping apart. Will not use this seller again
