  A huge shout out to this Ebay seller! I am in the Military serving at an overseas base and really appreciate a seller who is competent enough to fill out a simple custom form to send to those of us with an APO box.   The boots were in perfect condition but they did not fit even though I ordered up a size. But this seller is great! She sent the package very soon and she helped me with the process for returning the boots because it was the first time I used eBay. She answered all my questions and had such a professional attitude. I definitely would buy from her again.

  Car arrived in a damaged box with multiple factory defects. Seller were monotone and justb basically said oh well return it. Then proceeded to tell me he had over a 100 of them but , guess what still no offer to send me a non damaged one. Made up some excuse eBay wont let him. Typical greedy re seller swill merchant. Look at the negative feedbacks they have. They will make up any excuse to make themselves the victim. WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN !!!

  Buyer sent me a rant that their item had defects inside of the sealed package and it was because of greedy sellers like me shopping at Walmart is why he has to pay more online and wanted to swap. I let him know I receive my product by the case pack and apologized for not seeing a defect inside the packaging. Then I let the know eBay doesn't do swaps, if he returned the car I would issue a full refund and if he still wanted another, we would have to do a new transaction per eBay policy.
