Wow. If there was a contest, for best packed items... These guys would surely win. Everything was packed like Santa's head elf did it himself. I assumed the top came with the bag as it’s NEEDED to work properly…listing didn’t state that the bag came without it. When I asked the seller, they at least offered to refund if I sent it back, and told me the pictures didn’t ‘show’ a top…but returns are a hassle. For listing it at full price, it should have come with the top or listed for cheaper “/ or at the very least, MENTIONED that it didn’t have it…I had to buy materials to make my own to even use it. Minus top, in good condition.

A top of cover for the bag was not advertised or offered in the item description or 13 pictures of the bag. As with all the items I sell on eBay I offer buyers a 30 day return policy if they are not satisfied with their purchase.
