    Absolutely fantastic product! Works great and came in perfect condition! It was the best price I could find compared to the other options and was the exact same as shown in the images in a near picture perfect appearance. Was delivered by an Amazon truck not one day after purchase, and delivered way before it was expected to be delivered! Fantastic seller! Will buy from them again if I need something! I highly recommend! Probably drop shipping at work but that’s more than acceptable!

    While I didn't actually get this product the company is great. They informed me that the product was damaged and that they would not send out something like that. They informed me to cancel the order and they would let me know when they got more that were not damaged. Class A company!!!

    Item not as described. Main photo shows 2 different combs (one good for wool and one good for cashmere) - one of the combs in photo is Laundress brand comb. What I received were two of the same unbranded combs - no Laundress comb. The listing is misleading. I contacted the seller, and they were responsive and very nice, and offered to send me a label and refund me. But I am still left feeling like I was mislead on this purchase. Buyers will not be receiving the Laundress comb.

    Sent the wrong item was sent some random plastic I messaged to have it corrected and was told I had to send the other item back before it would be corrected I work 6 days a week and don’t have time to run around to the post office because someone else messed up I’ll just take the loss and order elsewhere
