    AVOID! Abominable experience with this vendor! UK tracked 24 product not delivered for over 10 days and not chased with RM, messages not responded to or the responded messages are non-answers, and no eagerness to meet the buyer's urgency to resolve the delivery or comm issues. I've given up trying to reach out but will not cede until I recieve my refund. I see that some of the other buyers have had better experiences with this seller, but that hasn't been the case with me in any degree. Avoid!

    I’m sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with the delivery of your item. The item was sent using a tracked service, but unfortunately, it appears to have been lost by Royal Mail. You initially opened a return request but later closed it. In order for us to process a refund, we kindly ask that you open an Item Not Received case through eBay. Once the case is opened, we will be able to issue a refund for the amount paid. Please note that, packages can occasionally get lost in transit.
