When the item did not arrive on time, I grew concerned and opened an item not received claim with eBay. However, the seller responded to my inquiries, with tragic news I am not at liberty to share here and shipped the item out and it arrived in a timely manner. Considering the circumstances of why the seller took so long to ship the item, I cannot in good faith provide the seller negative feedback, the seller did the very best they could given their situation and all worked out wonderfully.

So, the game sent was NOT the one purchased. BUT, the seller was quick to respond and though the game I was sent was not the one I had wanted, no only refunded my money, because he could not locate the correct item, but allowed me to keep the game sent by mistake. Overall, I’d purchase from this seller again as they are prompt to respond, honest and take accountability when a mistake is made on their part, and very willing to make things right! Very positive interaction!
