    New is new, I got what was in the photo nothing else, sent two questions about the item but never received any response, poor communication, and better packaging would be a plus, the item was just put in a box and shipped, no bubble wrap, peanuts, paper packing to keep it from moving around and tight in the box. There was two places in the box where it had come through but did not have any part damaged. Thanks for the deal on the part through all of this, I received the part that I wanted.

    The seller was great to work with and shipped the items quickly. USPS moved the package from Colorado to 10 miles from me and back to Colorado before it made a U turn and headed back to me. So, shipping took forever, at no fault of the seller, but frustrating, none the less. I would definitely purchase from this seller again, I just have less faith in our postal service.
