Worst eBay experience ever! After 11 days, I received a phone case totally split on one side. I opened a return request. Seller refused to provide a return label and expected me to pay for postage to return item to China to an invalid address. Then seller offered me a £1 refund. Then seller messaged 7 times that they will only refund me if I promise not to leave neutral or negative feedback. If I did not agree, no refund. eBay refunded me and reported this dishonest & manipulative seller.

Hi there, please kindly tell the truth. We agreed to afford the return postage and kindly ask the buyer to return the package. However, he refused. He wants to receive a full refund and he wants to keep the package. That's unfair! We feel sorry that we receive a negative feedback when ebay said we weren't found at fault & ebay refunded you at its own expense.

After leaving a honest warranted negative feedback, seller doubled down with a nasty slanderous and completely false comment. Ever single word of the seller's comment is a lie and it is shocking that this company would stoop to such a a disgusting low. Seller knows they are dishonest and will do and say anything to paint the buyer in a negative light. Seller is angry as their dishonest behaviour has been exposed as they have smugly gotten away with it for years. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!
