This item is described as brand new and the advent calendar is described as containing 25 small bookish gifts. However, when it arrives, the advent calendar is empty, with nothing in the envelopes. It is completely useless. When the seller is contacted their communication is terrible and they reply ‘do you think there’ll be a gift at that price?’ Um, yes! It cost £12.40 which no one would pay for an empty advent calendar!

I ordered a 2024 Christmas Advent Calendar described as 'brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. What I received was a used, opened calendar with all the gifts removed. In addition the calendar also appears to be a copy of that advertised as shown by misspellings. After several emails I was told 'I'm sorry, this one doesn't come with it' and offered a 30% refund. Currently awaiting eBay intervention. As the saying goes Buyer Beware!

I really hate leaving negative feedback but not only did my order take an age to arrive, when it did, one item was missing and the other had a damaged box. Shame as I like the item and was looking forward to giving as a gift. Item isn’t located in the UK as described (hence long delivery) and replies from seller are delayed making it frustrating to resolve any issues. Hoping for a replacement for the missing (or not sent) item…I’ll review again IF that arrives.
