  Edifier T5 subwoofer arrived nice and quick (2 days) in absolute pristine condition with everything as described including rca leads etc and uk 3 pin plug ,extremely well packaged in double layer crisp new cardboard boxes. Can't believe the value at £103 with money off coupon. Not hooked it up yet because my hi fi is packed away due to room renovation but what a bargain I'm delighted and thoroughly recommend this item and seller. Thankyou.

  Item arrived safely today via Parcelforce a day later than expected due to myself being too busy at the time of delivery. Item is exactly as described and wrapped in a medium sized cardboard box and very heavy.   What i recieved is obviously not new its been used the box wasn't sealed and it had marks on it obviously been used seller denied this then offered me 10 percent refund i then sent a few more messages and heard nothing bsvk now they won't reply unprofessional unreliable seller I would avoid if you want something new as a birthday gift i certainly would not buy it from this seller you are really professional arnt you ignoring my messages now ebay ate holding your money arnt they 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

  Replied within a few hours, expected a response within minutes for each emailed he sent (emailed 2-3 times within an hour). There was a minor manufacturer defect and offered a 10% refund which was initially accepted but than declined within an hour.

  No what arrived was definitely not new it was covered in dirty marks obviously used then repackaged to resell it can't imagine how many of your customers have been caught out but haven't noticed i sent you images of it obviously its used you can clearly see that you offered me £9 i accepted then you went quiet and completely ignored me until I opened a return not acceptable sorry
