As a collector myself I try to describe an item as accurate as possible and keep shipping costs to a minimal. The clown who left me 2 neutral feedbacks while threatening negative told me he had a problem and I told him to return it for a full refund which he never did nor answer any of my emails. As far as sending damaged items I would never so I can only assume he tdamaged it opening.
