One part of my order disappeared into the Evri network (where it still is/isn’t who knows?) and after a couple days of no tracking update I messaged and got a response within a couple hours from Gina saying she’d look into and sort it. Within 2 days I had a new Evri tracking link and my order. Amazing customer service I will be returning and recommending to anyone I can. Parcels also packaged securely and watertight wrap on liquids.

Evri knocked on door, left parcel and went without waiting 10 seconds to see somebody, Pathetic. I know they have a lot of calls etc but when they can't even wait 10 seconds to make sure it's in safe hands is stupid. Our Evri regular delivery man is great but this must have been his stand in, Speedy Gonzales.
