Very pleased with the item i recived,,babyliss nose and ear trimmer,only downside was the delivery company left parcel in my bin which i always leave a note on the inside of my door to say not to leave in any bins or behind,had to many parcels go missing, after a wild goose chase with my neighbors my parcel was in my recycle bin suppose thats amazon for you,the seller was fantastic and kept in touch through out,offered a replacement or a refund was no need as i eventually found it great seller

Delivered by Royal Mail (much better than couriers around here) very promptly. Not used the Travel Toiletries Bag yet, but have opened the package and both bags (they come compressed) and zips work and no holes. I have had these before and eventually the edges by the zip came unstuck (but after many uses for holidays etc). They also bothered to follow up to check on delivery and get feedback.
