  The jacket was in great shape in general. The seller was very communicative and responded quickly. We were not getting tracking updates, but the seller was able to provide updated information once we reached out. When the jacket arrived the main zipper was not working. I reached out to the seller and they suggested that I get a replacement pull and they would cover the cost. The replacement zipper pull worked and the seller immediately refunded more than the cost of the replacement part.
