    The bottle of shampoo did arrive but I can honestly say a little more practical packaging would help the box was burst open att one side where it had been taped as the product was unstable inside .where it had been packed wrapped in an egg box crate that had unfolded in the box. .more sucre wrapping and securing in the box was needed.

    *Great seller and excellent communication.* Definitely needs to change courier. The one used took the biscuit with 48 hour delivery taking 4 days from Birmingham to Derby. The box had extensive damage even though it was sealed with plenty of tape clearly stating 'FRAGILE'.

    The mattress was damaged by the courier, when it was delivered a week later then expected the packaging was ripped and the mattress was very dirty almost looked like it had been run over. The seller had good communication throughout the slow delivery, we agreed on a 20% refund which I am still waiting for. Delivery was expensive considering the time it took and the state it arrived in with no compensation
