The blue teardrop lights were hard to find. My order was lost in the mail. When the owner found out, he or she offered a Refund or replacement. I chose a replacement and received it in 2 days. They couldn't have been more concerned or helpful. In the future, if I need more lighting or any of their other really cool variety of stuff, I will check valuebuybattery (a fair priced and honest American owned company) first.! Arrived safely despite being shipped in a light-weight cardboard box. Seller transferred possession to the USPS the very NEXT DAY after I paid. Other sellers tend to make a shipping label within a day or so and then wait two to five days before transferring possession to the shipping entity. But this WAS NOT the case with this excellent eBay seller! I found I had to place the photovoltaic plates in direct sunlight for three days before maximum LED brightness was achieved.

I ordered 2 of these lights. They arrived very timely, but the recharge cords were missing. I sent a message to the seller, and was answered right away. Upon learning about the missing charge cords, the seller sent me 2 cords right away. I am very pleased with the customer service I received, and the flashlights have a very long distance reach, as advertised. All things in consideration, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product.
