  One of the seven pairs of socks was missing. I contacted the seller and asked for it to be sent. That happened after I opened a "Item not received" case. The last pair finally arrived 25 days after I had first ordered. I am happy with the description, appearance, quality and value of my purchases.

  Had to place a lot of faith in the delivery services, as the supplier is on the other side of the planet. OK in the end, but 4 days later than the latest date given, over 3 weeks after ordering, and with erratic tracking. (My order never showed up as 'out for delivery' even after it had arrived.) But a great find - all packaging original and perfect, inside and out, exactly as described, and the Soundsticks system itself remains an outstanding design with wonderful aural space and separation.

  The item is as pictured and described. Very happy with purchase. I found the sizing on the bigger side. I would recommended this dress. It’s very slinky material and comfortable. The transport company was poor. I would recommend to assume shipping will take longer than advertised. Aramax tracking is not accurate and hard to get prompt or correct transit information
