    I checked the tracking for my parcel on the Parcelforce website, which stated it would be delivered today - the third attempt - between 9:10 am and 10:10 am. By 10:30 am, there was still no sign of it, so I decided to act as Mr Holmes and do some sleuthing, my parcel was a bus stop away. On foot, I spotted the courier on his rounds, my parcel was on board, got a lift home, (heavy item), he scanned to complete delivery. Flooring was as described well packaged and great value! Hallelujah 🙏

    The flooring came as stated, but was delivered one day later than advertised. Value Floor's only real failure is the amount of communication they enter into. They do not confirm receipt of order or inform you of any delays. The telephone number given in eBay seems to be no longer available, but a quick search for there website yealded a valid number. They use eBay for all forms of updates which is limited. However, their service and value for money warents their five star ratings.
