I thought that this was a combination of step stool and toilet training seat. Look at the description. Yet only the step stool arrived and the seller said that he hadn't got any training seats left. It was only £6.99 and well made and good quality so I have given it 5 stars.. It arrived quickly and well packaged. I suppose it was too good a price to get both items. However the advert is miss leading.
