  I ordered 5 garlands, only 4 arrived, I contacted the seller who said they would refund one, I agreed, and waited for the refund, a number of emails later and then asking ebay to step in, the seller then said they had been delivered, I messaged them again and again to tell them I had only received 4 of the garlands they eventually refunded the money, stay clear of this seller if I were you!!!
