    Sent wrong item, told them I cant send the item back because no printer to print barcode I was told it was ok they would send right item on monday. they never sent it out, contacted them now saying I have to return the wrong one. This was thier mistake not mine! it's only £6 but it's the principal. So would encourage shoppers to avoid this seller. No way to contact ebay to sort this which is frustrating.

    Item was lost in the post, Seller was quick to reply when sent a message but did suggest that I log it with Royal Mail ( this has to be done by seller) Package arrived on 01/08/25 this is not the date that it said it had arrived......... Royal Mail must have made a mistake in saying it was delivered.
