    Sent wrong item, told them I cant send the item back because no printer to print barcode I was told it was ok they would send right item on monday. they never sent it out, contacted them now saying I have to return the wrong one. This was thier mistake not mine! it's only £6 but it's the principal. So would encourage shoppers to avoid this seller. No way to contact ebay to sort this which is frustrating.

    Amenenddment: I give them credit they did send out the right coils in the end. so possibly was a genuine mistake.

    Original packet received was faulty, all pods had a burnt flavour almost instantly, which I put down to a bad batch. I sent a message to the seller who responded almost immediately and simply asked for a couple of pictures of the faulty product and now a replacement packet has been delivered the next day. Incredible customer service and resolution time, will 100% be purchasing from them again regardless of the original issue. Thank you!
