I ordered the Smok Nord Pro in 7 Colour Armoured. They sent me the wrong colour, 7 colour fluid. Thinking it was just generic packaging I opened to find it not the colour I ordered. I contacted the seller & asked for an exchange. They refused as they couldn't resell it. Asked for at least a partial refund or some sort of resolution. The seller stopped responding. Don't buy from here, no value for their customer. They admitted it was their shipping error but still refused to rectify it.
