      I reached out to the seller to cancel the order and the seller refused to cancel my order. EBay said that I could return the item when it arrived. I waited and I waited and the seller never even shipped the item. They refused to cancel and did not ship. I contacted eBay and they attempted to reach out and they said give him three days to respond. I assume he did not respond to them either. E-BAY refunded my money. be careful with this seller.

      This guy is an A-HOLE. 12-21-24 Purchased, CC Charged, Del. date 12-28 to 1-3, No Track # given. 12-28-24 Msg. for Track #, No Response. 12-30-24 Msg. for Track # No Response. 1-3-25 Msg. for Track #. 1-3-25 Seller responds, said closed for holiday. Yet charged my CC on 12-21 and gave Del, Date, Seller stated closed for holiday. Asked why not ship on day ordered and CC Charged. Sell got Pissy and Cancelled my Order.       As this item comes from America, there is a 3 to 4 week wait for delivery to Sydney Australia. The obd lock comes in 2 parts, they sent me the wrong bottom part that secures onto the under side of the obd port. I requested that they send me the correct part and that they send it to me by airmail so I didn't have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks, which they did. Their customer service could be better and more helpful. Once the correct obd lock was installed I was happy with the quality and fitment.
