    This frame is gorgeous on its own without the engraving. The wood is solid and feels heavy. The engraving is in a lovely font and is clear to read and see. If you send a picture they would even print it out and put it in for you. The is a good value for money frame with stunning customisation. The communication from the company was amazing.
