I purchased the item as it was listed as brand new but with a damaged box, the first one i purchase was faulty and had to return it for a refund. I decided to try again as the price was good but received a clearly refurbished item that had some new parts but it was dirty and clearly used. The seller apologised and arranged a return but asked if i could use the item to see if it worked, i tried it out and it did work well, so i decided to keep it. the seller then altered the description on ebay.

It was sort of Fate. We had been discussing hiring a Carpet Cleaner when the next day the this offer appeared on my phone. At the price quoted it was a no brainer and i ordered it straight away. It promised delivery before Christmas so I was amazed when it arrived the very next day, outstanding service. Unpacking and assembling showed me that it was in mint condition.
