Unfortunately I was sold a copy that wasn't brand new as stated. The serial number had been already scratched off. Seller told me that was okay and that it would activate...but if I wanted a used copy I wouldn't have paid brand new prices. Returned and did get refund.

I have done everything right. The item this buyer has received is exactly as in my photo. This buyer has not even tried to install the software. I have expected it back for a full refund. I don't believe this feedback is fair. I am working with the buyer/eBay to revise this feedback.

Notice the item title on my original feedback says "Brand New". Seller revised listing after my feedback and has not stopped gaslighting me trying to make me think it didn't say brand new and keeps demanding I change my feedback. Stop contacting us.
