    The product WAS good. The package was damaged by Royal Mail. BUT the seller was fantastic, Good communications and did do an instant refund, no questions!! Very good communications. I have suggested wrapping the hands (Were bent due to package damage)a couple of times with maybe a lolly stick to stop them bending if the package is handled by the same post office monster. Basically the seller is A+ well done, shame about the postal service,,,

    I received the items well within the quoted time and was very pleased with the quality. Unfortunately there was a problem but the seller immediately responded to my email and promptly rectified it with a refund within 24 hours despite it being Bank Holiday weekend. I was very impressed with the way in which the seller dealt with the issue and would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thank you once again vbwzc51!

    seller provided items split into two bags in a small box, only the top packet contained the correct item the other packet was plain washers without spikes. seller has a pre prepared message offering £3 discount, does not enter into correspondences, this looks to me like deliberate fraud. Also late delivery
