Head didn’t fit. Superficially it looked similar but was actually quite different. The seller offered £5 and I didn’t have to send them back to China! I refused and they refunded the full amount of £12.99. It was a lot of hassle to get the refund but I didn’t want others to be buying this product.

Although the service was good I am not sure I can recommend the brush heads, although they look like original Oral b brush heads, they make a horrible noise and it may be coincidental but my oral b io7 stopped working after using it for a week.

I contacted the seller, no reply. The item described is a non invasive glucose monitor is not what I received. I received a pulseoxometer for O2 sats. This needs addressing as it’s completely misleading.
