  When I first ordered this, it was sent Post Office 'premium' 48hr tracked - it didn't arrive (I guess it was 'purloined' on its journey). I got an instant refund from the seller, the communication was 1st Class. I asked if I could order again but get it sent by EVRI, seller complied with no problem and I got it yesterday. It's an awesome piece of kit, as new, packed in it's original box too. Really happy with the purchase and Davids communication was brilliant. Thanks a million

  Item arrived on time and better than described. Item was listed as refurbished but looked practically brand new. Quality very good with a nice size screen. Packaged in outer brown box, but inner box was the original packaging with hardly any dents. For the price I paid, I am very happy.   Unbelievable value for what seems to be a brand new player for less than £13. Delivered rapidly, well packaged with all accessories including new batteries for the remote. Used this excellent seller many times before without issue. They deserve their outstanding feedback. Although offered as 'certified refurbished' it still had all factory films in place including the drawer seal. Immaculate! Happy!
