  I had a good communication with the seller. The product I received was cracked and the same was not apparent in the display images of the product while ordering it. I logged my complaint to the seller. Although, I was looking for a fresh piece of Rudraksha, the seller agreed to refund my full amount instead of sending a new piece. We both finally agreed for the refund. The seller also asked me to revise my rating. Except for the item discription, which is not correct, everything went well.

  AVOID - SCAMMER. Ordered 30mm six mukhi rudraksha . No Comms. Seller took over a week to walk item to the postoffice. What arrived eventually was a tiny (19mm) six mukhi of low quality(large crack is visible) in a little cellophane wrapper, the kind you can buy anywhere else for pennies. This must of been done on purpose and deliberately. True charlatan behaviour, scamming good natured people on religious items, shame on you. Time waster. Now to fight to get my 24£ back.
