    The Moana party kit arrived fairly quickly. However, there were missing items in the package( culteries and 2 aluminium balloons). I contacted the seller immediately with pictures of the items i recived and i requested the seller to send me the missing items for my duaghters party. It's been three days and I have not received an acknowledgement or reply to my messages. I want the remaining items posted to me or a partial refund.

    AVOID - seller messaged 1wk after purchase to say there will be a delay in dispatch (seems they don’t hold stock) then asked if I wanted to cancel the order, which I accepted, then took 4 days of chasing and to raise a case with eBay to resolve it. Eventually got a refund with a message saying they promised a refund - failing to reference it was well beyond their 24hrs they had ‘promised’ in another message. Ordered the item from another seller and it arrived one time
