  Ordered 50 poker chips on 9/25, shipping label was created the same day, but tracking said the PO was waiting for the package. I contacted the seller a few days later to ask if the package went out, no reply, contacted them again and was told to wait 10 business days because sometimes the post office doesn’t scan packages on arrival. Package still never arrived or showed up in tracking, and I let them know after waiting almost 2 weeks. It’s been 3 days since then and no response from the seller.
